non-binding – usually done over the phone and can change
binding - estimate for moving services will not change. If the mover is later asked to perform extra services or move items not on the estimate additive charges would apply
not-to-exceed - estimate for moving services will not exceed a certain dollar amount. If the mover is later asked to perform extra services or move items not on the estimate additive charges would apply
